- Create a vision board - what do you truly desire? Put pictures of those things on it that are at the root of what you would be willing to work for. Become very in tune with it...put yourself in the picture. Being invisible is not a great marketing strategy - so market your dreams to yourself. Place it where you will view it often.
- Exercise! I know...you have heard it before. But it is true. Move your body. Here's an idea: Dance with small children. They love to bop around to music...you can too and not look silly because you are having fun with them!
- Eat better! How? Eat like a caveman...Ha! Recall the commercial? It's so easy, even a caveman could do it. There is a lot of truth to it. The right meats, vegetables, nuts, seeds and berries will improve your health. Do the research on your own to find out how organic foods may change your world. Watkins Organic Herbs and Spices
- Make the changes you implement in your life fun! Do it together as a family or with a friend. You need each other for a support system. Grow in your spiritual health too.
- If you have a day where you feel like you haven't lived up to your new healthful strategies...be courageous and regroup! "Sometimes courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is a quiet voice at the end of the day saying, "I will try again tomorrow". ~ Mary Ann Radmacher
